I had two of the motors go bad, one as I mention and the other was for the passenger side temperture control vent. The GM part # 15844096 (made in China) GM sells them for app. $40-$50.

They’re cheap to buy (about $30) and if u are any good with tools, u can save yourself about $100 (non-dealership price) and change most of them yourself.
