Adaptibar adjusts the questions based on how you answer which is cool. I haven't completely explored all of their features yet. Based on what I have seen so far they are comparable. I feel UWorld provides better bang of the buck.If someone has used Adaptibar and BarMax, I’d like to know how the explanations compare as well. I passed the MBE in 2018 using AdaptiBar. I also mixed in other question books I had (a Kaplan book, strategies and tactics, etc). I’ve seen people pass and attribute their success to Adapti, UWorld, and/or the big commercial prep companies ... Yeah probably is, its just bizarre that Im doing much better on Adaptibar… perhaps also uworld is feeding me questions that i have left and, predominantly those might be from topics ive practiced less. That's 40-50 hours a week, a full-time job. The MBE has 7 subjects. Following the schedule above, you could make a thorough study of one subject per week and continue to review with flashcards and practice tests as you move closer to the exam. For example, you study Civil Procedure week 1 and Real Property week 2. Basically the same to me. UWorld has better overall questions and explanations, Adaptibar has better lectures. All the bar companies also include the NCBE released now (all meaning Kaplan, Themis, and Barbri), so I would play with the free versions of both and see which works better for you. Adaptibar VS. I would say on average that this year's MBE felt harder than my usual set, but I obviously cant say until I get the results. I have taken two MBEs thus far scoring a 141 and a 139. Only did UWorld so no comparison. I liked the visuals. I did a set of 50 questions everyday mixed with all subjects. Only thing that differentiates adaptibar is that adaptibar adapts to your weakness so it hits you where it hurts. So if u do all, you will know where to improve and focus.
