on Ebay a new Avenger with no box or papers. I bought all the parts to convert to bottle. After I degassed and installed all parts, I filled back up with air. I noticed a hissing sound where the regulator is. I took it out to inspect it. Clean as new. I tried again. Still leaking. I tried thread tape whit and yellow, still leaking. I added a ...In general, I prefer a synthetic stock, as the life of an air rifle can be a bit rough and tumble. But this one just feels cheap and flimsy. I like the components. The action is very smooth, and it is certainly feature laden for a rifle at this price point. The simplest way is to shim the rear scope ring at the bottom with strips cut from an aluminum pop can, or anything like that.
