Getting Paid. 1. Enroll in Direct Deposit (All on-campus student employees and all off-campus work-study student employees are required) 2. Paychecks will be deposited into the account you designate. 3. Submit Working Timesheet (each week before Sunday at 10:00 a.m. on Workday) 4.To be eligible for Summer Federal Work-Study, a student must be enrolled and have filed a FAFSA for the previous academic year (the summer term is considered part of the previous academic year for aid purposes). Current students interested in this program should contact their financial aid counselor or submit a Federal Work-Study Request. Federal Work-Study (FWS) is a type of financial aid. To be considered for a FWS award, a student must first apply for Federal financial aid via a FAFSA by the priority deadline. CSUF’s Office of Financial Aid will then determine if the student is eligible. Due to limited funding, not all eligible students will qualify for an award.
