The armor can be decent since, as you said, it is on par with the others. However, unlike the others, Torag is the only full set with the max barrows stats since every other one has a lesser piece. It also does have a tanking effect with the amulet of the damned.The amulet of the damned is an amulet that provides extra buffs to Barrows equipment. It can be obtained from silver and gold shade chests found in the Shade Catacombs. The amulet has the same bonuses as an amulet of glory. See more
