Is there any way to determine the rotation of my 351W without the starter????? I have a 351W I want to rebuild but the PO was not a boater and came across this boat and it will not run. I am skeptical that he may have installed a standard rotation starter and that is why I can't get it to fire at all. It has a 1:1 Velvet drive tranny.
