When you say 'build' do you mean stat layout or skill. If the former then dump a good chunk of it into HP, You don't HAVE to 125 HP + +5HP QQ + tallest for maximum health (even though doing so will give you 30k HP at max level) But you'll want a good chunk of HP, at least 26k.
