The fill procedure is to fill a cold engine to this line, start the engine and let it circulate the coolant. Refill to this line. Fan hasn't been coming on unless the ac is switched on. And it's on low. Coolant is circulating now. Found some ground cable issues bad connections with voltage drop. But I believe there are more and canbus issues. Also added more coolant above the fill line. The cap seems to seal faster and hold pressure. I drove it and it's holding 221-225 ...Ah thats my bad. So Id lose all my coolant over the course of a week 2 1/2 months ago. Was told it was water pump cavitation. Pipes cleared out, horrid water pump replaced, temp housing, coolant overflow and cap, and heater hose TB to temp replaced as well (plastic piece broke off around temp inlet). Problem persisted, so replaced my head gasket.
