It did pick up the amiibo I had connected, but if I access the emuiibo overlay while the game is active I end up with a crash or if the menu was already open, it ends up crashing very quickly. I seem to be able to use emuiibo so far for this game if I go the home screen and do the amiibo swap there before returning to the game.emuiibo hosts a custom IPC service, also named emuiibo, which can be used to control amiibo emulation by other homebrew tools.
