Jul 14, 2017 · Once you have a high-rated Restoration potion, enchant one Alchemy item with it active and that one item should generate a high-rated potion by itself without needing to do the Loop again. Snowberries and Blue Butterfly Wings for Enchanting potions, Salt Piles and either Abecean Longfin or Cyrodiilic Spadetails for Restoration potions. You don't even need the loop to be absurdly overpowered though. You can get 2-3 schools of magic to -100% cost AND buff 2 combat skills beyond +150% just with top enchanting potions made with enchanted alchemy gear. With enchanted smithing gear and smithing potions, you can improve your weapons damage by another few hundred %. All without loops. Similarly to the linked post above I created a "modest" (ish) Fortify Enchanting potion utilizing the Fortify Restoration Loop/Glitch. I was able to create a Fortify Enchanting potion of 276%.
