Estimated time until case decision i130
I just submitted N400 today and initially it said it would take 16 months until a decision can be made. Then minutes later, it drops down to just 10 months. Is this accurate? It doesn't have the timeline graphic, just says "Your next step: USCIS reviewing your case" and then "Estimated time remaining until your next step is completed: 1 Week". I wonder if the next step just means someone picks up your folder.

As of Dec 21st, it now states: "Estimated time* until case decision:Things are taking longer than expected. In the “My USCIS” portal where I e-filed the I-130 petition there is a section titled: “processing time”. I have been monitoring this section and it does appear to be counting down, i.e. at the end of December 2022 the “estimated time until a case decision” was 3 months, and now (early Feb 2022) it is showing 2 months.My mom is US permanent resident (green Card) She filed form I-130 for my sister who is 21 years on September 2022 (Over 21). I did like you, filed I-130 online and the rest via paper, just 765&485. I filled 485 in January of 2022 and I filled 765 in March and 765 approved in 3 months, been waiting for 485 since.
