I guess you could use those converters back-to-back without actually playing Victoria II, but I'm not sure how playable that will turn out to be. vikhun • 3 yr. ago. Using eu4 to vic2 converter and it fails at save conversion. Help would be appreciated . I have to set the Victoria 2 directory and the mod directory for victoria 2. I also select my save from EU4.
