When I use explosive wellmaker is in conjunction with 2x elemental ordnance and bountiful wells. That means 3 wells drop on one enemy death but 5 if it kills 2. The advantage of explosive wellmaker is it procs with grenade launchers (even witherhoard) , rocket launchers and (maybe explosive payload/dragonfly/firefly collats).Explosive Wellmaker works with so many weapons. Especially with Solar 3.0. You can get cells from Sunshot, solar rockets and grenades, Ticcu's. Anything that goes boom. The make warmind cells via explosions + skyburners oath hipfire makes warmind cells and applies scorch (i think?)

My stasis mele hunter loves it1x elemental Ordnance, 1x Explosive Wellmaker + 1x Well of Life, Well of Tenacity, Seeking Wells.
