Failed to launch hos switch
I have a V1 modded switch , while sleepy I accidently pressed update when trying to load up a game,it restarted back to the original software but now after loading up the payload I get the message in red "unknown pkg1 version. HOS versionn not supported Trying backup bootloader found PKG1 <20240011110014> Failed to launch HOS.When trying to boot sysnand trough hekate I get Unknown pkg1 version. Hos version not supported! Failed to launch HOS". But I have not yet looked in to this any further. Step 1 seems to be to get emunand CFW working again. So what happend? I can't understand how I could go from from working emunand to not working emunand just by restoring sysnand.

after Kosmos Update (15.2 to 16.1) I can't boot with the hekate launch option "CFW (EMUMMC)". I get the error: emuMMC is forced but not enabled! Failed to launch HOS! Press any key.. I have always used "CFW (EMUMMC)" to launch. I never created an emuMMC. So the emuMMC is always been disabled und it used eMMC for boot.I formatted it to FAT32, running latest atmosphere and hekate and I backed up NAND before creating EMUMMC and when I launch I'm presented with Failed to apply 'nosigchk' and I have the latest sigpatches. If you are having a problem with running games then make sure you have up-to-date sigpatches . If you cannot launch tinfoil then make sure you followed the Rentry guide to set up cfw. Note: the guide says 'It is not recommended to run CFW without using Emunand' which is not technically correct. Depending on the setup the user wants, cfw sysnand ... If so, you've blown it out when you deleted the stuff from the SD card, and you'll need to recreate it. If you were using partition based emummc, you won't be able to open it on the PC. Either way, you need to reinstall atmo. Go to the Rentry guide in the sticky and start again. Sep 14, 2023 · I've had a few odd issues with it, and usually just re-updating atmosphere and hekate fixes the issue for me. If that doesn't fix it, i'd suggest backing up the whole sd card and starting from scratch to see if that fixes it, then copy the Nintendo folder back to the SD card, along with the folder for EMMC if your using a file based configuration.
