Fallout 4 is equipped with a powerful console that allows users to modify their character, and the game, during gameplay. The console allows users to cheat, but also gives people the chance to work around glitches in the game, and experiment with parts of Fallout 4 they otherwise would not have access to. To open the console in Fallout 4, press ~I think it's usually caused by code redundancies so I would also recommend reinstalling the mods one at a time to see what causes the glitch. Fair warning, if you try to force save with this glitch, a new save file will appear but it won't let you use it because it will be empty/corrupted.
