When you clear a ten floor set you get a flat amount of experience for the job you went in as, based on its level outside PotD and what set of floors you cleared. PotD doesn't really become useful until you are around level 15.

PotD 200 is a small challenge for four player (and that mainly thanks to the RNG). Make it an actual hard challeng and it will simply slaughter any solo player. It's like treasure maps - you can't solo the treasure dungeons, the incoming damage is simply too high. 1.Make a PF for it and you will get a group in no time. Preferably for 1-50 or 51-100. Label it as “Quick run” or “Aetherpool farm”. People tend to join pretty quickly. Even getting full 51-200 is not bad.
