Just five different dungeons in command missions. they have to be at least lvl 50, because after you finish this 5 dungeons a flagged mission will appear and it's lvl 50. I just did the five different dungeons, and they were all bellow 50. Your squad members should be 50 for the flagged mission.You can use it in any duty, even raids, doesn't matter. I won't detail specifically how but it's trivial, and I'm really surprised it hasn't been revealed yet. It only costs 1 LB bar and buffs your entire party damage by 50% for 15 seconds.
