Mainly the top left bag contains mats. The other three are full of shit and junk because you're a hoarder. There's bits from different alexanders, 4 different axes, different armors, materias, random food, a bunch of prisms. Simply open the saddlebad, and right click the stack > add all to saddlebag and repeat with all the stacks.
