Casting Number ID 351W. I figured it out - the 1969 block has it's own camshaft thrust plate - meaning it is different than any other Windsor. Part numbers at least. I put the right thrust plate on and it works great. Just can't go to the parts store anymore and say, "It's just a Windsor, give me parts."
