The BD LSRII is a multi-laser flow cytometer that can detect up to 9 fluorescent parameters and 2 light scatter parameters. The default configuration of the BD LSRII includes the following lasers and emission filters: 405nm (Violet): FL1 [450/50] – Pacific Blue, AF405, BV421. FL2 [530/30] – AmCyan, SYTOX Blue, BV480.Mission Statement.
