First noticed it when I was locking the doors. Now it hardly ever works execpt when at the dealer. Seems restarting the car resets the horn.Using a 2013 Ford Focus, I point out the location of the horn fuse and the horn relay. Check this out if the horn on your 2013 Focus is not working.

Then I swapped relay 2 with relay 11 (A/C Clutch relay has the same part number / voltage and current ratings) and it still didn't work.

The horn relay is good (well at least I switched all the relays in the relay box next to the battery where the horn relay is on a Gen 3 with a known good relay bc I wasn't sure which one was for the horn and the horn still didn't work).
