I had taken some components off it after hearing some strange noises now the rip cord locks up solid when you go to pull it to start the engine.This brand new Governor Kit that fits Predator 212 cc, Greyhound 6.5 hp , Honda GX160 and Honda GX200 engines.Dec 13, 2015. I'm betting you aren't getting enough Fuel into the engine to run it up to those speeds try messing with the air/fuel mixture screw.
