Hubertus shell puller
As best as I can see, it's an old German leverlock with shell shot puller top bolsters, stag handles, and a plain flat ground non clip-point blade. It appears to me to be made by someone like Hubertus or maybe Robert Klass. I don't know much about the old German autos and was wondering if anyone here could positively identify this knife.We offer a wide varity of Leverlocks and folding knives. Dec 30, 2020 · Tonight I finished a shell puller conversion on the new Otter/Hubertus. It was considerably different than converting the originals. The kickspring is problematic-they are weak, and not much can be done about it. I was going to do it without threading the bolsters, but that just looked too plain, so I did some minimal threading. I’m not referring to Hubertus knives or even lever lock knives, just any knife with a shotgun shell puller on top is practically impossible to find, what makes this kind of knife so enticing for people?
