Characteristics of an intervention can influence implementation success. It is important for change agents and leadership teams to consider these characteristics in the process of selecting an appropriate intervention to implement. In addition, change agents and leadership teams can work to facilitate more positive perceptions by stakeholders of a proposed intervention.
