bedrock iron farms need min 10 beds, 10 villagers and 10 workstations and all have to be linked. Minimum of 20 beds. Don't ask me why 20 and not 10. Either ways, it’s a pretty efficient farm, I got around 30 iron in 5 minutes, much better than mining This looks like a java farm. You’ll need to look up a farm specifically for bedrock. It’s not a great iron farm, instead of that villager/zombie arrangement underneath, put all three villagers in the same block still with access to beds and a zombie going back and forth on a Minecart that goes behind some blocks occasionally.
