Thing to remember is that it meets UDT specs, not SUDT specs. While it will work, I just bought a 5gal of the Kubota SUDT a few months ago while I was in the shop picking up my bar tread wheels.I certainly agree with that first sentence but lets not be loose with our terms. Shell Donax TD is definitly an alternative to Kubota UDT. In fact it is explicitly listed as such in my B7200 workshop and owners manuals. It is NOT however an alternative to Kubota Super UDT2 and Shell does not claim it is.
sandra and joey update 2023 Most of the generic fluids will meet UDT spec, but I've never seen one thats meets SUDT. Some equipment does have clear benifits from SUDT, your tractor is not one of them. I'd still not use the cheapest around. New Holland 134 is alot cheaper and a very good oil.
