It's extremely lightweight (approx16 lbs) & climbs up to a 22" dia. tree. Seat is fleece with thick open cell foam interior but is not waterproof. Included is a waterproof seat cover to fix that. Actually it is the Loggy Bayou Evolution. I own one (since mid 1990's) and it's a great stand. The tree bracket from Loggy was made of plastic. I still have the original bracket and have also made several more from solid aluminum.
