I used Milesdown for PS review (hence my 130), I thought it is pretty good. Miledowns is a very strong deck with a lot of high yield stuff, I think if you add practice questions thats all you need. But check out other decks or just download them see if you like the level of content and style. You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Just make sure that you get adequate practice and review in.
