It's good if you're aiming for sub-515 but I find that for the most part, it just isn't comprehensive enough for a super high score (keep in mind that Miledown scored a 516). That being said, MileDown's essential equations deck is golden.
Milesdown PS is a fucking godsend. Do all the cards, supplement them with extra notes, and I think most importantly, include confusing/similar term definitions and concepts with the backside of the cards to really be confident with content. Do that, along with Uearth + aamc SB/FL and you’ll be as ready as you ever will be. I used Milesdown but in the last month, and I didn't use Anki at all previosuly. I mainly used it for P/S but I did most of the other. Milesdown is cloze deletions so you can zoom through it faster, it may be good to use closer towards your test date so you can see if you know the material still if presented in another format/ wording. ….

This is a pretty late response so not sure if it'll help but -- Milesdown deck uses hierarchical tags. Browse the anki add-ons and you can add the "hierarchical tags" add on.
