With a cap of 7, it is really, really easy to gain 7 points in a matter of minutes without really spending any time with Monika.I'm assuming you're talking about Monika After Story. Check your aff_log text document. it's in your log folder in your MAS directory. You want to get her affection back into the positive numbers. MAS has a soft affection Cap of 7 though so it may take awhile based on how low your affection number is.
