I almost always favor Light Armor over Heavy because of the extra movement speed. Nords, Red Guards and Orcs make the best fighters in general. Roleplay: Imperial, being the conquering race in an occupied foreign land and gaining their trust to become the people’s hero despite your origins with their overseers makes for a more interesting story imo.
