Greenmount Gardens, Lakes End Retreat and Dragonsreach Undercroft might be worth a look. They all have a similar style and I use them all to house my friends and companions.I’ve used Immersive Follower Framework and wasn’t a huge fan, as well as Amazing Follower Tweaks which I preferred, but from what I’ve seen most people say IFF is better/more stable. Upon looking it up I also saw Multiple Followers Framework, which seems pretty simple and doesn’t appear to have/need patches.And in terms of general follower behaviour - you should look at "Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks". You can set things like forcing your followers to keep their distance and just tune their behaviour better. This. I definitely recommend 6 and 8. I prefer to use "Vigor - Enhanced Combat" as my combat overhaul, though.
