Doing 99 cooking on pre-EOC I followed an "efficient cooking" guide on the RS wiki, which meant not starting sharks until 92 to avoid burning too many. Whoever wrote that guide was sadly misinformed. Start sharks at 80, get the higher experience rate with the same burn rate. (Using cooking gauntlets of course)
