Wizard gets 3 bonus wizard feats from those 11 levels. However, if you're not going to reach level 20 it is just 2 feats lost. Well a level 3 cantrip sorcerer (1 sorc, 1 vivisectionist, additional sneak attack feat) does hit for up to 15 damage like Amiri, (1d3 + 2d6 = up to 15 damage) so it goes to show how strong you can expect a properly build sorc to be.
