Alright r/PleX , I've got 2 problems that have had me tearing my hair out for a couple weeks now. The question unfortunately didn't get much traction…Remote Access - No Longer Working. I have a Synology NAS (DS420+), with a BT "Smart Hub 2", when I got this Plex server up and running, with the same Hub/Router, Remote Access worked flawlessly and using the automatic settings. I've updated Plex to Version 1.32.4.7195 but experiencing the same issue.Enabling remote access gives me the Not available outside your network yet, my friends (on their own network) can see and connect to my server. But the quality of the 720/1080p videos is capped at 320p (the "highest" quality setting available for them).
