When you hear flies buzzing your character can get weak and sick from the corpses, if you are around them for too long. The queasy moodle icon will appear, not sure if anything shows up for weak. Corpse Sickness is hardly a problem in this game. If you start to get queasy, you go away from the corpses and the queasyness will go away. I don't understand why people on this subreddit keep flipping out over corpse sickness.
