Prosper tome bound precon
Hi All! I'm new to building EDH decks (I mostly play other formats or use precons). I'm trying to upgrade my Prosper, Tome-Bound precon and have a rough decklist, but it's about 120ish cards. I need to make some cuts, but I don't feel like I'm experienced enough to make the best decisions on what should be removed.I was looking at some budget upgrades for the [[Prosper, Tome-Bound]] precon. I found quite a few new cards, cards like [[Disciple of the Vault]], [[Forsworn Paladin]], [[Reckless Fireweaver]], [[Ghirapur Aether Grid]] and [[Nadier's Nightblade]]. However these all seem to me rather low power and low impact.The effect lasts "until your next turn", even if Prosper leaves the battlefield in the meantime, since the effect comes from a resolving ability (C.R. 611.2a). Compare Prosper with [ [Nightveil Specter]], whose last ability works only while Nightveil Specter is on the battlefield, because it's a static ability (C.R. 604.1, 611.3b, 113.6). 2.
