I’d say something like a Ramaladni’s Gift drop rate. I run both SC & HC and I see less of these in HC. I have 3 accounts and I have run maybe 150 GR’s I avg between 80 to 90 lvl runs. Plus the rifts and bounties too. I got bored and start to run to lvl up 13 of the gem of ease to make a complete lvl 1 set.The approximation is how often you'll get a drop with that item measured by how much xp you typically get during that same time period. It's effectively a measurement of time spent grinding, not of exp. How much exp you get doesn't have any effect on the drop chances of the Gift.
