The DA is a true DA/SA gun, similar to many hammer fired weapons like your sig p226. . Its basically a Walther P99 clone, but alot less expensive, yet just as good. The top gun is a fullsize SAR9 with manual safety. By far the best polymer gun I've ever owned (Glock 17,19,27,30S, XD45, M&P9, XDs9, CZ P07). The grip is an obvious clone of a PPQ/P30/VP9 and the upper (internally) is basically a gen 3 Glock with a slightly better trigger (I'd say it is more like a TP9SA or Glock Gen 5).
The trigger options are going to be the Rival aluminum flat trigger or a Freedom Smith for the Mete series.
