I just recently got my first riven transmuter, and it made me think if there is an item like this then something I rather prefer would be a consumable that would lock a stat down. I tried to think about DEs money making part and if and how rivens play into that. So keeping that in mind, the item that can lock down a stat could also be sold at the shop for X amount of plat. These are the premier late-game materials and we need more sinks for them. Since I no longer play any regular content and have more or less fully transitioned to the SP, mine are piling up rather rapidly.You can also spend four unveiled Riven mods via a Riven transmuter (dropped by the Hydrolyst Eidolon in the Plains of Eidolon) to turn them into one veiled Riven mod. You need a riven transmuter in order to transmute riven mods. You get two of them after every hydrolyst capture. I asked a friend ,and apparently his transmuters show up in the inventory #2.
