The NROTC scholarship does much more than cover most or all tuition costs at dozens of top . schools around the country. It also provides: • Coverage for all additional educational and lab fees • A stipend for text books • A subsistence allowance each academic month to spend as you wish,I got here by taking a 4 year ROTC scholarship to a university and commissioned through there. I have an 8 year service commitment. I read my contract and it said that if I don't fulfill my 8 year service obligation, I have to pay back a pro-rated amount based on the years of service I have. I fucking hate the guard.
