It’s a ”Mini Mail Survey” & is RRECS. RRECS is actually already implemented (Live) & the September Survey will be the 1st evaluation based on RRECS. Only reason to have one is to determine flat or letter for RAW mail or Saturation mailing RRECS qualification.
