Someone stole my airpods and i have the location

Sadly, the airpods simply fall out of my ears. The problem was solved by using silicone covers for the airpods, however this created a new issue. With the covers on, I couldn't charge my airpods. It's a pain to put on and take off the covers. I have used this guide to find lost AirPods.
