For a pure DEX build, a Spiked Caestus or Katar is going to be your best bet. Pick whichever you like the most. Good chance the Spiked Caestus is generally the best because of innate bleed, but it's worth mentioning the Katar will end up with more AR. Clinging Bone isn't faith/dex.
