Stakeholder influence

It shows the effect stakeholders have on your company and the effect your company might have on the stakeholders. Also called a stakeholder mapping matrix, this map is commonly presented as a graph with two axes. The x-axis represents the levels of influence of the stakeholders and the y-axis represents the levels of interest of the stakeholders.
