I believe there are (at least) four interrelated principles which could help define a model for organizational advocacy for groups that are not explicitly designed …In short: people expect and want businesses to get involved, to work in concert with the communities they serve to affect social change. Basically, social advocacy is a win-win. It can make the world a better place to live in, and make your company a better place to work at. It brings people together for a common cause and the collective good.
