A kind grandpa named João (juh-WOW) found the scared little penguin. The bird was lying on the beach, which connects to João’s backyard. João felt sorry for the penguin and wanted to help. He worked quickly to save the bird’s life. João carefully cleaned the penguin and rinsed the nasty black oil from its feathers.
