Principal’s Message. Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at Terrace Community Middle School. On April 7, 2023, TCMS turned 25 and we are excited to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our new and returning students and parents. For over 25 years TCMS has been one of the top-performing middle schools in the State of Florida. TCMS School Counselor is available M-F from 8:10AM-4:10PM to assist students and families with counseling referrals and crisis support 813-450-1385 X184.
