No, organic supports are more advanced than Cura tree supports, they are actually a further development of it. Started out with cura, then tried prusaslicer and finally ended up with Superslicer prusaslicer had a few features I needed, but it was also missing some stuff that cura had. superslicer has most of them except tree supports. But since I rarely use supports anyway, I'm not really missing them ;) ( and if i really need them i can still use cura...My supports have never failed, so the sheath is unnecessary for structural integrity. Interface layers make support removal very difficult and they don't really do anything since you've got a Z gap anyway and the 2-3mm pattern spacing can easily be bridged without any sag. SuperSlicer, (a fork of PrusaSlicer) does have a few more choices - mostly to do with soluble materials - under Patterns, but no oval pattern.
