MO2 does its own archive invalidation for Oblivion, much like Wrye Bash. You don't need to worry about it. It's still recommended to use SkyBSA to fix all archive invalidation issues however. Your problem with Seamless isn't an archive invalidation issue however. Basically, you download both of them and some patches, throw it all in a folder together and re-zip it. Then install archive with MO.
